Position Title: Cost Controller
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail and transportation.

Job Description:
- Develop and maintain cost control systems, track expenditures against budgets and monitor inventory and material usage to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Assist in budget preparation, conduct financial analyses to forecast expenditures and implement corrective actions to manage potential cost overruns.
- Prepare detailed cost reports, analyze cost trends and present financial data in actionable formats for management review.
- Work with project teams, procurement and finance to ensure cost efficiency, maintain accurate financial records and support compliance with policies and audits.

- Male, 45 years old and below
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Must have proven experience as a Cost Controller, Cost Accountant, or a similar role in industries such as hospitality, retail, construction and real estate is preferred.
- Strong knowledge in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
