Cost Controller

Job description / Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UAE National (Emirati) fresh graduate to join our team as a Cost Controller in Dubai. The selected candidate will support the project and finance teams in monitoring costs, analyzing expenses, and assisting in budget preparation and control. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin a career in cost control within a professional and growth-oriented environment.

1) Assist in preparing project budgets and monitoring expenditures.
2) Support in maintaining cost reports and financial records.
3) Help in tracking project progress against budgets and reporting variances.
4) Coordinate with project and procurement teams to ensure cost efficiency.
5) Assist in verifying invoices and supporting documentation.
6) Prepare periodic cost summaries and presentations for management review.
7) Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

1) UAE National (Emirati) holding a valid Family Book
2) Fresh graduate in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3) Strong analytical and numerical skills.
4) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
5) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6) Willing to work full-time in Dubai.
7) Eagerness to learn and develop within the cost control field
