Job description / Role
F&B Cost Controller Duties and Responsibilities:
• Effectively compute and control the Food & Beverage Cost
• Controls all wastages and pilferages
• Manages the POS system, verifies the voids, discounts, and the complimentary sales logged in the system
• Verify settlements done in the POS system
• Verify daily sales report in all F&B outlets
• Checks and updates menu pricing in the POS system
• Recommends practices that would better enhance the system of monitoring and controlling
• Makes on time report, monthly reports for management’s evaluation
Requirements
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytics and reporting skills.
• Experience with Accounting System, POS Systems and cost and inventory systems.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a high-level attention to detail
• Bachelor of Commerce or Similar or 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or similar major
