Cost Management Associate

Job description / Role

To support all Associate Directors and Regional Directors as required, to oversee all commercial services and all commercial project staff within the UAE (Dubai & Abu Dhabi Offices) and KSA (Riyadh & Jeddah Offices).

To lead projects from concept stage through to operational handover stage to deliver the project/s to the satisfaction of Clients and Compass Partners, within budget, in accordance with the brief and in accordance with authority requirements.

Requirements

A property or construction related degree is required. Must have Pre-contract experience in estimating and cost planning.

RICS Accreditation is required.

Previous Senior quantity Surveyor and / or Associate level experience at a Cost Consultant is required within UAE.

Management of services through Design, Tender and Construction Phases.

Previous UAE experience of managing a team of quantity surveyors for a single or multiple projects.
