Position Title: Cost Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A very successful global project and cost management consultancy based in Dubai, leading on projects such as commecial outfit and development construction.

Job Description:
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments
• Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication
• Actively participate in the tender process, from initial tender documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Prepare valuations and cost reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations
• Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Native English speaker
• 48 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role
• Must have an experience in Cost Consultancy
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
