Position Overview

JLL is seeking an experienced Cost Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing project costs throughout the entire lifecycle of construction and real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets
• Conduct cost estimations and feasibility studies
• Monitor and control project expenditures
• Perform value engineering and cost optimization
• Prepare cost reports and forecasts for clients and stakeholders
• Manage change orders and contract variations
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost management for construction projects
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AACE) preferred
