The Role
Cost Planner
This is an opportunity to become part of the Mace Cost Consultancy pre contract team in our UAE head office. Based in Dubai, reporting to the Pre-Contract Manager working on a range of projects developing cost plans for clients.
Responsibilities Include
• Prepares concept, schematic and detailed Cost Plan and Pre Tender Estimates.
• Coordinate and prepare Bills of Quantities, Tender Documentation and Tender Packages in line with standard systems of measurement Preparation of concept, schematic and detailed design Cost Plans and Pre Tender Estimates.
• Coordinate and prepare of Contract Documentation.
• Value Engineering and Value Management.
• Gathering and analysing cost data for the Mace Cost Consultancy cost database.
Requirements
