Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leader in the distribution of IP Converged Solutions encompassing infrastructure, Networking and Electronic Security.

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director this role is responsible for leading sales operations for Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Iran.

Responsibilities include:

Leading the sales operations across Abu Dhabi:
• Focus on all Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain & Iran Accounts
• Sales across product range of passive cabling and cabinet products
• Strategically working with vendors within N & S i.e. Business Plans, Forecasting, Consultant and End User approvals in conjunction with vendors
• Business Development specifically in Iran
• Solution Selling with the full organisational range in Infrastructure, Networking & Security

• Develop comprehensive business plans to meet the company’s strategic objectives
• Provide strategic vision, planning and operational leadership to ensure continued growth of company’s market share, revenue and visual presence in the market etc.
• Working with Vendors and HQ UK marketing team to co-ordinate seminars and training sessions
• Ownership of Revenue and GP budget for Financial Year

• Take action to remove barriers to effective team working within the business
• Deliver high impact messages that inspire customers to purchase
• Tailor presentations to address the specific business needs of the audience
• Produce high quality reports / proposals
• Strategy into plans for their area of responsibility
• Evangelise the vision and values externally
• Manage a number of simultaneous tasks and projects by prioritising effectively and monitoring progress
• Identify commercial opportunities ahead of competitors
• Understand the big picture and factor this into innovative and practical business plans
