Country B2B Marketing Manager

B2B Marketing Manager will responsible for managing all B2B leisure marketing activities:

What you will be doing:

- Collaborating closely with Marketing & Sales Market leaders to determine source Market segment needs, and empowering sales team with necessary sales tools and marketing material;
- Creating the marketing strategy across Tour Operators and to key markets to achieve targets;
- Developing & implementing revenue growth strategies for Rixos Hotels Gulf via online & offline marketing channels;
- Collaborating with the Sales Team in improving content creation and providing content for tour operator websites/social media/ online media publications / EDMs/ print magazine as well auditing proposals, coming from Tour Operators; Monitoring hotels' marketing campaigns as per the marketing plan, assisting & supporting when & where needed;
- Plan and manage sales toolkit;
- Plan and manage sales marketing collateral and giveaways production for and with Trade Partners;
- Assist in B2B Communications and Engagement initiatives;
- Assist in marketing campaigns with key travel and trade partners;
- Oversee Travel Partners Content online & offline;
- Plan and Manage EDM calendar.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Strong understanding of hospitality B2B;
- Strong knowledge of SEO Marketing tools, Web analytics;
- Experience working within B2B sales;
- Well versed in B2B marketing, with proven track records of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies;
- Ability to synthesize multiple data and research and translate into creativity generating effective marketing concept;
- Outstanding organizational and analytical skills, presenting skills;
- Excellent level of English, read and write English to a high Marketing/communication level;
- Minimum 5 year's previous marketing experience, across the relevant marketing disciplines ideally advertising, promotions, project management, online, research and analysis;
- Digital marketing experience;
- Strong organizational skills and highly deadline driven;
- A natural team leader with a confident, assertive but approachable personality;

Additional Information:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B Marketing or Communications in the hospitality industry
