Job description / Role
A leading international financial services group, with very a strong presence within the Middle East. The group is continuously growing and is in the process of expanding their product portfolio, resulting in them becoming an even bigger name within the retail space.
We are looking for Country Manager to lead the groups Dubai growth from birth, my client is going to expand their presence across the Middle East starting with Dubai. You work HQ to drive the group’s strategy to develop my client retail presence across Dubai.
• Provide strategic input on business prospects and performance within the Country, including business development opportunities, changes to competitive landscapes and opportunities for new products and services.
• Provide strategic financial input on business issues impacting the Country and companies within the Group
• Determine the manpower plan for the Country and ensure efficient use of the resources
Requirements
• An extensive background within retail banking and grown the banks presence across Dubai
• Already been well-versed in the Country of operations and relationships with key local government, banking and customer groups.
• A proven ability to build high-performing, high-morale, self-managing teams that function well in complex environments.
