An exceptional and exciting role has opened within one of the fastest-growing FMCG organization across the globe – specializing in Dairy. They are now looking to hire a Country Manager to join their high-performing team based in the UAE.

Your responsibilities include:
• Managing all operations in the UAE, involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets;
• Devise, implement, and manage brand strategy to improve business performance across the country;
• Leading the organizational growth of the company in each market both commercially and through people development;
• Work closely with the QA and R&D teams in ensuring that the business is updated on all the legal and sanitary regulations in the market;
• Grow the brands market share within the country;
• Build excellent relationship with your brand

Requirements

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable University;
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the FMCG Sales & Marketing sector;
• Should possess good sense of market, trends, and competitor’s activities;
• Strong knowledge of goods distribution strategies and methodologies;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills;
• Dynamic and highly-motivated
