Employment: Full Time

Our client, a multi-national organisation and manufacturer of emergency vehicle warnings and safety signals are currently looking for a 'Country Manager' to join their Dubai operations.

The Country Sales Manager is responsible, and accountable, for the management of all the customers within the geography of the selected country, or set of countries, across all the markets that the organisation serve (Aftermarket, Emergency & OEM). Having direct management of the country sales teams the appointed candidate will need to develop and deliver country sales strategy plans with clear actionable goals and financial targets that support the overall business strategy and delivers annual top line revenue and earnings in line with agreed company budgets.
Developing existing and new accounts they should actively seek out new opportunities to grow our market share whilst building our brand equity.

Requirements

- Able to demonstrate extensive sale management experience of a similar nature in a highly competitive environment.
- The candidate is required to have a good understanding of the automotive aftermarket, emergency and OE markets.
- Well-developed understanding of business development strategy and implementation, with a proven strategic aptitude and ability.
- Demonstration of delivering ROI and strong leadership skills are a prerequisite.
- Financially literate – ability to identify good business prospect in line with markets and products.
- Experienced in dealing with technical specifications
