Job description / Role
Profit Centre Head for the company who will lead the organisation to deliver on ongoing basis Strategic and operational objectives.
Main responsibilities:
• Lead the organisation to deliver on ongoing basis Strategic and operational objectives.
• Ensures the effective management of the support function.
• Report on activity that could impact on business performance, resolves cross business issues, applies authority to ensure a positive outcome for the business.
• Estimate and achieve the budgeted sales and profits.
• Monitor operating costs by verifying expenses, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and monitor value for money.
• Support the Marketing team with promoting the brand.
• Responsible for Business Development & Expansions.
• Responsible for QA Audits, Stock Management, Forecasting etc
• Plan manpower needs of the company.
• Ensure Training needs of all staff are tracked, monitored and training provided.

Duration: Permanent Position
Desired start date: 1st January 2018
Probation: 90 days
Working Hours: Sun-Thur 9am-6pm
Travel requirements: Travel across the country
Salary:
AED
35,000 to 40,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Degree or higher in Business and/or food service.
• 5+ years experience in Food Retail and/or business development of luxury brand(s);
• Middle East experience a MUST; UAE preferred.
• Cafe Experience preferred
• Inventory and Stock Management
• Financial analysis and profit and loss responsibility
• Strong people manager
