Job overview:

The Country Manager will serve as the OEM representative and the primary point of contact for the distributors in the assigned territory. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing business development initiatives in the field, to drive the sales, market share and profitability across the network.


• Plan and work with the distributors to achieve wholesale targets and efficient orders planning
• Manage and achieve sales and market share objectives
• Drive KPIs and in-field projects related to marketing activities and corporate representation
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and competitive activity in the assigned territory
• Support the distributor with creating and driving opportunities with major customers



• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
• 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity with an automotive OEM or a B2B role
• In-depth understanding of the automotive business KPIs
• English language written and oral proficiency. Arabic language is a Plus
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Microsoft Excel and Power Point proficiency
• Ability to frequently travel throughout the region
