Job description / Role
Solmed Alliance is currently looking for a Country Manager / Business Development who will be responsible for managing and supervising the activities of the organization in the assigned country. This person will be in charge of the projects and programs in a national and local level and will serve as a representative of the organization in that country. He will develop the company business for UAE and Middle east region and will be in charge of finding potential opportunities and clients in order to increase the company presence and activity in the country. He also will develop strategic plans to ensure the company standards towards operational and strategic plans. He will be the maximum responsible for managing company resources and will report to Headquarters in a regular basis.
- University graduated. Master Degree Qualification will be a plus.
- At least 3 to 5 years of previous experience in a similar position on the Hospitality industry.
- Proven previous experience in developing company business and achieving potential clients and projects.
- Problem - solving mentality.
- Ability to manage and supervise a team.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Exceptional communication both verbal and writing.
- Proficiency in English language is mandatory. Arabic fluency will be a plus.
