Job description / Role

CMDC are seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager for its Branch in Dubai – UAE to lead sales growth for their chemical products with a focus on water treatments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for business development and sales throughout the territory. You will report to the Commercial Director for Industry (based in Dammam – KSA) and have strong growth potential.

Requirements

Sales professionals for different fields including
- Chloralkali and Branded Chemical distribution sales
- Water treatment chemical sales and servicing Sales duties and responsibilities
- Manage a team of people to achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and or related services
- Personally contacts and secures new business accounts customers Executive description of duties
- Work with the regional Managers to drive the sales team to services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
- Effectively the principle responsibility ensure our sales teams exceed customer requirements drive profitable growth Through
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers at all levels of an organization, primarily by visits in person but also via telephone calls and emails
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc
- Organizing joint sale calls and attending them with vendors Technical service, management or colleagues
- Preparing reports; making recommendations to management
- Provides historical data by maintaining records on area and customer sales, and records sales and order information, and entering figures into our IT systems used
- Representing our company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Managing team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues
- Selling value and differentiating yourself from the competition General Administrative Duties
