What will you be doing?
Communicating with customers and advising in regards to which course they should do and how to enroll. You will be in regular contacts with the customers, starting from qualifying the leads, creating the trust between the customer and then helping the customer to enroll to the chosen course.

You should be at ease speaking with people regardless of their backgrounds or cultures, as you will have customers from various and diverse backgrounds.
Sales experience is essential with a proven record, as this is a consultative sales role. You should be organised & manage your data (we have a great CRM to help you). This will include sourcing leads, answering inbound leads, making sales calls to potential customers, talking to new and existing customers about exciting career-enhancing courses, answering customer email enquiries and providing the best advice you can, based on your customers’ individual requirements. Must be highly motivated and target orientated, as we offer a great bonus scheme. Fluent English is a must for this role (reading, writing and speaking).
