What you'll be doing

Our Content & Communications exec will support with the development of the internal and external communications strategy while overseeing content management and production. You will be responsible for creating informative content, articles, and media opportunities to share on behalf of The Greenhouse. You will need to have excellent communication skills along with brilliant presentation and organizational skills.

- Communication on behalf of Ibtikar and each Startup, The Greenhouse, Startup studio, Accelerator program, Incubator program, or any other relevant entity or program etc.
- Internal and external communication execution on behalf of the Greenhouse Social Media & newsletter management on behalf of the Greenhouse
- Content creation (photography, videography, graphic design, copy writing) for all departments mentioned above
- Support on visual identity of the Ibtikar concepts and Startup studio
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and content
- Ensure timely distribution of content to different marketing departments in order to ensure impactful communication campaigns
- Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication ready
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders.


What you will need:

- Creative experience and knowledge of adobe suite or other programmes such as sketch
- You have worked as a creative and content executive in past - 2+years of experience
- You can work autonomously
- Native Arabic speakers are preferred but not required
- You love working in a start-up environment
