About the Team

The Creative Consultancy team's mission is to create, innovate, and drive creative best practices on TikTok, in partnership with our clients and creative partners. The Creative Consultancy's main objective is to elevate the overall creative content on the platform and demonstrate the power of TikTok as a cultural and creative catalyst for our clients to capture a bigger share of the future. Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative Consultancy to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative outputs that align with the department's vision, creative standards, and broader business objectives.
- Develop creative strategies and craft responses to inbound RFPs (response for proposals) with the goal of converting or expanding client spend.
- Assist in the development and facilitation of Creative Strategy workshops to support sales efforts in securing long-term partnerships with key market influencers.
- Create proactive creative proposals, including innovative features and products, that push the boundaries of creativity on the platform.
- Champion passion projects within Creative Consultancy, that enhance the creative quality of content on the platform while aligning with business goals.
- Support clients and partners in creative production to ensure the delivery of top-quality outputs.
- Promote the department's work, successes, best practices, and key learnings to external audiences through case studies and event participation.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
- You are a creative strategist at heart with 4+ years of experience in brand or creative strategy, either in advertising or on the client side, and have a deep passion for it.
- You are an expert on TikTok, fully understanding its power, communities, and why it's often referred to as the \"last sunny corner of the internet.\"
- You have a strong command of visual and verbal communication, knowing how to bring your ideas to life and persuade others through the right imagery, references, and examples.
- You are a storyteller, capable of translating complex business challenges into compelling creative strategies that inspire breakthrough ideas and exceptional execution.
- Fluent in English is a must and ideally fluent in Arabic to a business level both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:
- You excel under pressure, maintaining self-control and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- You are a self-starter who enjoys hands-on work and can independently manage projects in a fast-growing startup environment. We value agility over bureaucracy.
