Creative Director

Job description / Role

Our client is a world leading consumer electronics and mobile communication company.

As a Creative Director based in UAE, this role will be responsible for overall supervision of creative aspects of marketing including graphic/3D animation, video creative design and execution for all products across MEA.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;

• Generating creative concept and leading to put into execution whilst ensure all creative output meet brand guideline and brand value.
• Ensuring all creative output meet or over-achieve marketing timelines across all brands.
• Agency management - job allocation of creative team and managing work outsourced to agency efficiently.
• Understanding of marketing campaigns, product lines, market segment issues and customer types to be able to recommend customer-focused solution.
• Supporting Marketing director to manage the design process and creative outputs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must:

• Hold a Bachelors’ degree or above in design, advertisement and marketing related subjects
• Hold a minimum of 5 years practical and managerial experience in design/creative field, preferably within a MNC background
• Have excellent understanding of design and creative concepts
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills in the cross-cultural and cross-departmental coordination context.
