Position Title: Creative Director - Fashion Retail

Salary: up to 15K USD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A proud Retail brand in Dubai, well known within GCC for its growing portfolio of elegant women's fashion.

Job Description:
• Define and own the creative vision and brand positioning for retail brands, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer insights.
• Partner with senior leadership (Commercial, Merchandising, Digital and Marketing teams) to shape strategic initiatives that translate into impactful creative outputs.
• Drive innovation in brand storytelling that resonates with regional markets across GCC
• Oversee the creation of high-quality visual assets and contents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of creative leadership experience, ideally within fashion retail, lifestyle, or luxury consumer brands.
• Must have a robust portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking and high-impact creative work across channels; with proven success building and directing brand identities, campaigns, and visual systems.
• Excellent command of creative tools and processes; familiarity with digital design technologies and content production workflows.

Salary:
USD 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
