Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

What will you do:

• Inspiring and directing other marketing team members
• Producing and directing layout and design for all marketing and tools for print, digital, social, blogs, and PR.
• Improves marketing quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing creative processes and implementing change
• Setting and monitoring production schedules and work flows

Key responsibilities:

• Managing creative delivery and acting as the gatekeeper of high quality creative.
• Consulting with advertisers on creative strategy using historical advertiser and industry data.
• Planning and delivering advertiser engagements to educate advertisers and improve asset quality, creative delivery, and raise awareness of Amazon policy.
• Troubleshooting issues surfaced during the campaign life-cycle.
• Participating in or leading process and product improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. working with the Product team to refine current tools and products).
• Establishing and standardizing creative and operational best practices with advertisers to drive creative performance and provide frustration-free campaign launches.

Requirements

• Proven work experience with digital, social, and emerging technologies
• Must have a thorough understanding of graphic design, copy and digital best practices and guidelines
• Superior organizational skills with demonstrated excellence in project management
• Having prior experience working in marketing or advertising agency
