Role overview:

We are looking for a creative professional with a strong hands-on background in event planning and design who can conceptualise, design and execute luxury event themes from brief to delivery. The candidate will create visual assets (mood boards, storyboards, Canva/Adobe outputs), collaborate with clients to translate vision into tangible experience, lead on-site setup and manage vendor/supplier delivery to the company’s high-luxury standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative concepts, themes, and mood boards for weddings, corporate events and celebrations.
• Utilise tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent to create visual client proposals, presentations and event design assets.
• Meet with clients to fully understand their vision, preferences and brand, then translate these into immersive, tangible event experiences.
• Lead on-site execution of events: manage décor, setup, production, ambiance and overall creative delivery.
• Partner with vendors, suppliers, venues and internal team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of decor, props, signage and experiential elements.
• Stay current on trends and innovations in luxury event design, décor, immersive experience and brand storytelling.
• Uphold the brand’s luxury aesthetic and creative standards across all events, ensuring consistency with brand identity.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 3–5 years minimum experience in luxury event planning or creative event management (weddings, corporate luxury events, themed celebrations).
• Strong creative portfolio: mood boards, Canva/Adobe designs or other visual representations of events.
• Proven experience executing events on-site, ensuring design and setup meet high standards and vision is delivered.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project-management skills; ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• A genuine passion for creative storytelling, immersive experiences and luxury event design.
