Our Client a leading Global creative agency is currently searching for experienced Creative Strategist to join their continuously expanding team here in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Insight
- For each client project work to define the brand, customer and sector insight to help develop the strategy.
- Collate insightful analysis of all project-related qualitative and quantitative intelligence including client business and brand information, competitive landscape & customer research.
- Define insights for the brand, their customers and their influences.
- Develop sector insights, research brand sectors & sector influences demonstrating a thorough understanding of the brand.
- Implement research that will aid in the consumer insights gathering & strategic process.
- Be able to identify connections between projects, trends, emerging issues.
- Research sector best practice and insight making relevant observations.

Strategy
- Utilize sector research & influences to define future direction and opportunities for the brand.
- Develop accurate & insightful conclusions from research that clearly articulates strategic direction.
- Define the ‘brand ambition’ in relation to the brief.
- Gain trust from both clients and internal teams to lead through strategy and for others to think more strategically.

Ideas
- Define the principles of the vision, experience ideas and design language.
- Develop content for client workshops customer journey & brainstorming sessions.
- Work to a client's individual tone of voice, ensuring the strategy and language used matches the brand.
- Work in collaboration with others in the strategy team and across the design disciplines to make your and their ideas work together.

Requirements

- Understanding of different creative disciplines and methodologies.
- Knowledge and understanding of emerging digital technologies and trends.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Be able to work collaboratively.
- Ability to identify and source research and insight data.
- Can work with data to identify and communicate insights.
- Excellent written skills.
- Written and spoken Arabic is desirable
