About the Team:
Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike, resulting in a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users.

As part of this, we're currently looking for an Intern who will work closely with the TikTok LIVE MENA and Turkey team based in Dubai. If the intern demonstrates strong performance, they may be considered for a full-time graduate role starting in 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on TikTok LIVE creators and their audiences. Identify trends in user engagement and content consumption.
• Provide insights into best practices for creator success. Track and report top creators' performance, engagement metrics, and growth. Support relationship management between TikTok and key creators.
• Maintain a database of creator performance insights and trends. Work with data analysts, content strategists, and community managers.
• Study and develop engaging content ideas to maximize audience interaction. Work closely with internal teams to execute high-impact events. Support cross-functional initiatives that drive LIVE engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
• Internship availability to start in June 2025 for at least three months (6 months is preferred).
• Fluent in Turkish (spoken and written); proficiency in English is required.
• Passion for social media, live streaming, and content creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
