Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Credit Collection Officer - 4 months contract

- Should be a graduate with 2-4 years of credit and collections experience; preferably have a driving license
- Should have great communications skills in English – reading, speaking and writing; should be able to speak to clients, finance team and internal teams
- Should have the ability to drive closure on payables and reach an agreement on payment plans; should be able to follow up and get hold of things assigned to him/her
- Should have a balanced approach and must know how to speak to different groups/people
- Should have problem solving abilities and must be able to understand internal and external circumstances and find solutions
- Should have a basic understanding of reporting

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Bachelors in Accountancy or similar
- Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 2 to 4 yrs experience Collection
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Good in communications
