Job description / Role

Our Client, a Multinational professional services firm, is seeking to hire a Credit Controller for their Dubai office. You will be responsible for a broad range of activities, including:

Credit Control:

• Collection & follow up calls to all UAE clients
• Sending out statements on a monthly basis
• Dealing with disputes by liaising with multiple teams
• Preparation for monthly ledger reviews in UAE

Revenue Control:

• Organizing and attending monthly WIP review meetings
• Preparing invoices and narratives in line with billing protocols.
• Collating estimates and proformas, processing proformas, write-offs and transfers
• Running off narratives and quality control of invoices
• Distribution of invoices ensuring an organized paper trail exists


The candidate should come from a professional services background ideally a Partnership firm and should have:

• A minimum of 3 years Finance/Credit Control/Billing experience in a professional services firm
• Excellent Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to negotiate and influence others
• Ability to build relationships with staff of all levels
