Job description / Role
Our Client, an international law firm is seeking to hire a Credit Controller to be based in their Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collection of debts for the UAE offices
• Dealing with billing disputes
• Build relationships with all departments
• Preparation for monthly ledger reviews
• Support the Partner debt reviews
• Maintenance of UAE ledgers
• Maintenance of accurate notes on the credit control spreadsheets
• Provision of support to the region with interoffice
• Ensuring client records are updated
• Meeting UAE cash collection targets on a monthly basis
• Reduce and maintain UAE dormant client balances
Requirements
Skills and Experience Required:
• Candidates should have at least 3 years’ experience ideally from professional services. Law firm experience will be desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Previous experience of Elite Enterprise will be an advantage
• Fluency in Arabic is preferable but not essential.
