Job Overview

As a Manager Credit - Wealth Management at Emirates NBD, your role is to provide guidance to the business in the case of real estate facilities and rental monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the submitted rental details (Excel) match the rental contracts and are reconciled with the account statement.
• Verify and record rental expiries and conduct monthly follow-up for renewed contracts with the Relationship Team.
• Monitor turnaround times and ensure that timely advice is given to the business to liaise with customers should there be any discrepancies in the rental assignment, non-payment, delays, if any, and escalations.
• Ensure that the rental monitoring process is adhered to in all aspects such that audit comments are minimal and remain within a low-risk category.

Skills and Experience

• Graduate.
• Have around 2 years of experience in the credit department at a bank.
