Job description / Role
Job holder will be required to support and assist the Investigator/Security Controller in the investigations of baggage theft & pilferage, credit card fraud investigations, electronic ticket fraud, and inflight declined sales, other criminal activity such as on-board stealing, and responding to Law Enforcement Agencies based on the data protection boundaries.
- Carefully assess the incident and collate related evidence with extreme sensitivity and confidentiality. Furthermore, you will be required to enhance security procedures/processes and awareness within the business areas.
- Coordinating with internal departments to identify the root cause and take corrective actions. Consult with CASA & Legal for cases that require a sensitive business approach.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
- Security Investigations / Fraud Detection : 3+ Years
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
Experience in Aviation/Security Knowledge/skills:
- Knowledge of EBC, BELT, CRIS, WORDLTRACER systems and baggage tracing skills, MARS, MACS and ticketing experience
- Experienced in conducting investigations on Credit card fraud, and baggage mishandling.
- Professional business writing skills are required. The ability to write reports comprehensively and be computer literate is a must.
- Practical experience in Airline Operations & Airport Handling experience
- Knowledge of IATA procedures
- Fraud Detection aptitude
- Investigative aptitude - Good knowledge of Business Objective
- Data analysis
- Arabic language is an advantage
- Power BI knowledge
