Job description / Role
Reporting to: Customer Relations Manager
Duration: 2 months
Desired start date: 01 Aug 2022
Main responsibilities:
• Supports the Customer Relations teams by responding to customer inquiries raised from different channels such as: website, email, social media, on-line chat and messaging applications.
• Update existing data
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Sort and categorize customer inquiries and grievances.
• Creating spreadsheets & reports with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
Requirements
• Need to be proficient in Technology.
• Good understanding of MS office and other similar software solutions.
• High school degree or equivalent
• Should have good command over English & French.
• Proficiency of French is essential
• Should have a valid UAE resident visa. (NOC from the visa sponsor will be required)
• Great attention to detail
