Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role such as Customer Service, Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management, ideally in a Car Showroom environment as a Receptionist, call center agent or CRM Executive for an automotive or hospitality company.
This is a customer relationship management role, and a warm friendly personality is essential.

Main Duties:
• Answering customer telephone enquiries
• Inputting information on to a CRM database
• Welcoming customers to the showroom

Requirements

• Arabic speaker essential
• Automotive call center or CRM work experience
• Good telephone handling skills
• CRM database work experience
• Friendly and engaging personality
• Able to handle stress and long working hours
