CRM Associate - Sales Force

Job description / Role

A multinational organization within the healthcare sector, currently has an exciting opportunity for a CRM Associate with Sales Force experience, to join this exciting company in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, candidates with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple amounts of detail within the CRM are invited to apply.

You will be responsible for optimizing the performance of the business and supporting the commercial team, by managing and assisting with the implementation of a newly integrated CRM system. The successful candidate will be responsible for the MENA region and you will act as the single point of contact for the project. Your role with require you to assist peers, colleagues and senior management in the data cleanse, smooth running and maintenance of the CRM, provide monthly analysis of individual country performance and work with the commercial manager in establishing SOPs to ensure the proper implementation of marketing code of ethics. As our client works in partnership with many distributors in various regions, there is also a requirement to manage the database related to sales force teams.

Requirements

In order to be successful in the post of CRM Associate- Sales Force, candidates are expected to be educated to degree level in Marketing, Business or Pharmacy and have between 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role of managing a Sales Force project specifically. It would also be preferred if you possessed a minimum of one years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Those with an extensive knowledge of CRM system management and reports, alongside analysing market intelligence should apply for this role. You must also be a fluent English speaker, with French being a plus and have with excellent reading, writing, project management and communication skills.
