Employment: Full Time

The CRM Automation Developer is responsible for campaign production and execution, including technical aspects of data management, email development, and deployment. This position is based in the GHA Dubai Office, located in Jumeirah Lake Towers JBC 5.

Role & Responsibilities
- Perform marketing automation activities including ad hoc and trigger campaign execution for customer lifecycle, transactional, and personalized content based on member personas
- Execute highly-targeted segmentation of the marketing database
- Develop and edit highly dynamic HTML email templates
- Manage emails with 7+ language versions and multiple content variations
- Work with the Marketing and Technology teams to identify and deploy new segmentations for efficient, effective campaign targeting
- Test and analyze workflow, content, deliverability and KPIs for program improvement
- Assist with utilization and API integration of CRM and web platforms
- Work closely with the marketing team on the traffic schedule to ensure on-time deliverables
- Communicate status, complications, developments, and next steps with stakeholders
- Serve as a marketing automation expert, keeping up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years hands-on email coding and production experience
- Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS required
- Responsys (or comparable ESP) experience required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of digital marketing and design
- Understanding of email rendering and front-end development
- Understanding of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, e-mail regulatory compliance, and deliverability elements
- Problem solver and creative thinker who is intensely detail-oriented, well-organized, results-focused and able to successfully execute multiple complex projects accurately and on time
- Must be highly flexible and embrace constant change
- Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as individually
- Highly innovative with positive energy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

It would be advantageous for the candidate to demonstrate the following capabilities
- Education and/or experience specialized in marketing and communications
- Travel, leisure or hospitality industry experience a plus
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop preferred)
- Basic knowledge of HTML and/or CSS
