About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized CRM Executive to support our client relationship and lead management functions. This role plays a vital part in assisting the sales team, maintaining client records, coordinating timely communication, and ensuring a smooth follow-up process throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and organize client records and lead logs to ensure all information is accurate and up to date
• Monitor incoming leads, coordinate assignment to sales agents, and track progress through the sales pipeline
• Support the sales and marketing team with lead status updates, follow-up schedules, and client engagement summaries
• Ensure timely and professional follow-ups with potential clients, including call-back coordination and appointment reminders
• Assist in compiling weekly reports on lead conversion, client feedback, and team activity for internal review

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a similar CRM role in real estate
• Proficient in using CRM platforms
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of real estate sales processes is a must
