Job description / Role
* Help the business to maximise the value of SAP and SAS especially to CRM
* Bring new techniques and best practice to the team learned in developed markets
* Analyse large volumes of data to understand customer behaviours
* Manipulate, cleanse and analyse complex data sets
* Analysis to include Advertising performance analysis, website analytics, customer segmentation, survey design and analysis, ROI modeling, lifetime value analysis, cross channel analysis, media mix analysis and brand research
* Contribute to a full analytics dashboard for the department
* Use analytics to test and learn on all campaigns and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
* Must have experience of working with these technologies to apply Hadoop, Cassandra, Hive, Pig, Impala, Parquet as well asOracle, Teradata, GreenPlum, SAP Hana, Netezza TF
* 5 to 8 years professional experience in customer lifecycle management
* 5 years plus Experience of CRM Modeling, Analytics & Campaign Execution (MS Dynamics, SAS, Unica, Teradata, Oracle
* Knowledge of CRM and retention best practice
* Strong focus on ROI and campaign analytics
