JOB SUMMARY:
As a CRM Intern, you will work closely with our IT team to support the customization, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce system. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, develop your technical skills, and contribute to the operational efficiency of a dynamic recruitment company.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in the customization and configuration of Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of the Salesforce platform, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with IT team members to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement modifications.
• Participate in data analysis, reporting, and the creation of dashboards to support business operations.
• Document system changes, create user guides, and provide training to end-users as needed.
• Perform data migration and data cleansing activities to ensure data integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

REPORTING AND DIMENSION:
• Position reports to Group Managing Director.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Working Hours: The role is either full-time or 25 hours per week; depending on your availability if you are studying
