CRM Marketer - Tanagra

What you'll be doing

Our CRM Marketer is responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy for Tanagra, through strategic CRM and data analysis. You will plan and execute the entire process of CRM marketing from start to finish, take the learnings and continue to build and optimise results for both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

- Build a strategic communications calendar in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Ecom Trading Director to support and drive all key business objectives through CRM, In App push notifications and clienteling.
- Identify creative storytelling/themes to build relevant and engaging content by market for each campaign.
- Segment database to ensure relevance to customers and optimal use of the budget in each campaign.
- Implement automated consumer journeys which will enhance the overall consumer experience during their purchasing journey.
- Liaise with creative/social team for the assets and the marketing team for alignment with Brand guidelines
- Ensure a 360 alignment between the social media, e-commerce, retail, and triggered communication .strategies to seamlessly engage with audiences across all channels.
- Develop, execute, and track the efficiency of A/B testing campaigns to provide recommendations on how to optimize Brands' communication.
- Perform data analyses and post activity evaluations and reports to deliver customer insights and recommendations of each activation.
- Prepare monthly insight reports based on performance, learnings and future optimizations to drive maximum results and revenue both online and offline.
- Using data to make informed decisions.
- Guarantee optimal development and deployment of digital marketing campaigns based on business goals, customer insights, and their behaviour.
- Identify new trends in CRM marketing, evaluate new tools, and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.
- Support in the development of any activity related to Clienteling and 1:1 communication with customers.


What you'll need to succeed:

- University Degree in Marketing or any relevant field
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with Salesforce or similar tools
- The ability to work in fast-paced environment, think strategically and results driven.
- A multi-tasker.
- Copywriting experience
- Arabic is a plus
