CrossFit Trainer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced CrossFit Trainer to join our dynamic team for our Elite Gym in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality CrossFit training sessions that motivate and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct CrossFit classes tailored to all fitness levels, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- Develop personalized workout plans based on individual member goals and capabilities.
- Provide expert guidance on proper techniques and form to prevent injuries.
- Motivate and engage members to foster a positive and energetic workout atmosphere.
- Monitor member progress and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the training area and equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest CrossFit trends, techniques, and certifications.
- Promote gym services and events to encourage community participation.

- Certified CrossFit Trainer (CF-L1 or higher) with proven coaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, fitness principles, and CrossFit methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse members.
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to reach their full potential.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and committed to promoting health and wellness.
- Capable of managing multiple classes and providing personalized attention.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and early mornings.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
