Position: Curriculum Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to lead, develop, and oversee the educational programs at Redwoods Nursery Noya.

Key qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in curriculum planning, implementation, and monitoring, preferably in Early Years or primary education.
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, Montessori, or other recognized early years pedagogical frameworks.
  • Experience with teacher training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and implement the nursery’s curriculum in alignment with EYFS and Montessori principles.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development support to teaching staff.
  • Support lesson planning and ensure alignment with learning outcomes and developmental goals.
  • Maintain curriculum documentation, assessment records, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with management, teachers, and parents to enhance educational standards.
  • Lead curriculum-related initiatives, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and KFG policies.
