Are you an experienced Curriculum Specialist? Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity in the UAE.

Alderwood are representing an International School based in Abu Dhabi, who are currently recruiting for a Curriculum Specialist.

The position requires an experienced educator who has the ability to set priorities, multi-task and manage time in order to meet deadlines. This individual has superior organizational skills and can take initiative in order to work toward achieving identified goals. Sound communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work with internal and external stakeholders, as part of the Curriculum Development Unit team. S/he must be flexible and have the ability to dynamically adapt to change, with a positive attitude.

Provide leadership in curriculum development, improvement and implementation and provide support Schools in the delivery of Curriculum in the respective subject.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to:
* Develop quality curriculum and resources for vocational education and training related to national business requirements, including the subject areas of: accounting, finance, logistics, supply chain, facilities management, and project management.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships and professional partnerships both internally and externally.
* Support the implementation of outcomes-based teaching, learning and assessment.
* Develop quality curriculum and resources for vocational education and training.
* Implement program quality assurance processes.
