Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

STS are a Transportation Services company with a difference and employ over 3200 team members across the UAE. Operating in the school transport and private hire market, we are responsible for the Safe, Timely, Smart transportation services of more than 80,000 students every day, and the transportation of employees for major Blue Chip organisations.

SDE will carry out all the assigned responsibilities in the school. You will also provide additional support to the Operations Department at the Corporate Office.

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
• Hands-on experience in a customer facing role
• Previous experience of managing cash, Payment Gateway Equipment and Post-Dated Cheques.
• Good analytical skills and ability to use MS Excel, including Vlookup and pivot table.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to break ice with people.
• Ability to communicate and manage drivers and bus guardians.

Essential Experiences:
• Minimum 3 years of previous work experience as a customer service executive
• Excellent knowledge of UAE cultural norms, education market, consumer behaviours
• Experience of interacting with multi-cultural and multiple geography customers.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite and ERP software.
• Previous experience of managing a team of executives

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
