Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
• Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
• Make the cold calls to prospective customers to generate the leads.
• Generate potential opportunities for the company business.
• Manage documents and submit to win the tenders.
• Advertise and Markets Company’s through email marketing and social media platform.
• Research and compile answers to information requests.
• Perform vendor registration for the company to seek new upcoming tenders.
• Ensure all complaints are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all complaints & customer requirements are logged and ensuring that all relevant data is held and maintained.
• Follow up with the technical team step by step till site surveys conducted & tickets resolved.
• Handle all communications with the customer in regards of all the above.
• Update the customer once job is done.
• Find solutions for any obstacles may face the technical team to execute their job in timely and professional manner.
• Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing, equipment, coverage and system troubleshooting.
• Assist sales team with incoming requests for new services and facilitate a warm hand off to the respective account executives & technical department.
• Assist billing tracking, order fulfillment, and other duties as assigned.
• Provide support to HR and admin department when required.
• Follow the QHSE standards set by the organization while performing the job.
• Collaborate with different internal teams to ensure smooth internal operation and healthy work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum of Two (2) years UAE experience in IT company as Customer care.
• Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
• Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Persuasion — persuading others to change their minds or behavior.
• Social Perceptiveness — Being aware of others\' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.
• Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.
• Interpersonal and Time management skills.
