Employment: Full Time

About the Client:
The hiring company is a start- up Ecommerce platform based in Dubai, carrying their own unique brand catering to High Street type of fashion wear.

Job Role:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and in a professional manager at all times through various channels i.e. emails, phone, website
• Keep updated knowledge about existing as well as new products so that no queries/complaints remain unresolved
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ask customers for feedback on products and services to understand the major concerns and areas for improvement
• Work closely with the E-commerce Manager and coordinate with the Warehouse Team and Merchandiser for complete satisfaction process with the customers

Requirements

Requirements:
• Open to Arabic nationalities
• Male/Female, 38 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or any relevant certification
• With minimum 2 years of work experience in Customer Service within the Retail and Trading industry
• With excellent communication, problem-solving and decision making skills
