Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Querying and Reporting
- Creates ad-hoc reports as requested by CRM Management so that related studies and analysis can be done on time, efficiently and effectively.
- Create, and execute queries on the existing Analytical MS Access databases and generate regular reports on time.
- Develops and delivers statistical reports and recommendations to the Marketing Department in order to understand and design strategies for up selling, cross selling, customer retention, and also to support various marketing initiatives.

Database Management
- Create and execute queries to generate Data Quality Reports on time and update/enhance the existing queries whenever required.
- Manage customer database standardization which includes regular database cleansing, and merging duplicates.
- Continuously review the CRM interface and suggests improvements and additional details for better understanding of clients and better quality of reports.

Direct Marketing
- Create, Execute, and run data extraction queries for different direct marketing campaigns and update the database with launched campaign data.
- Responsible for the Execution of the SMS campaigns to customer and prospects so that relevant promotions are shared, cost effectively, with the right targets. This includes database extraction, split by language and scheduling of the messages on the SMS platform.
- Maintain up to date records of SMS interactions that are communicated with customers and prospects, and import these records back to the CRM Master Database for visibility to all customer facing company members and to track conversion and ROI.
- Monitors customers SMS responses on regular bases and update the CRM Master Database.
- Update direct marketing campaigns logs and generate reports on ROI on regular basis or whenever required.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Internal
- The Job Holder communicates on daily basis with the Assistant Manager CRM Database and CRM team members, and as operation requires with all team members of other supports services and business units.

External
- The Job Holder might communicate with suppliers as per operational requirements.

Requirements

- University degree in Computer Sciences / Statistics / Market Research
- Minimum of 1 year experience in database management.

Job Knowledge
- Proficient level of MS Access data querying and data management is a must
- Strong command on MS Office
- Prior knowledge of SQL Server is a plus.
- Prior experience in Direct Marketing is a plus.
