A Leading Technology business, based in Dubai is looking for a Customer Fulfilment Specialist. The role will involve:

- Ensure order entry accuracy and according to customer requirements, liaising with the Supply Chain Team and Demand Planning Team to expedite the customer order to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Processing of all sales orders upon the completion of the necessary checks with internal team (i.e. credit limit, price and availability), and that the orders are in with Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
- In daily correspondence with the logistic companies in order to give the necessary feedback to customers and sales manager regarding the shipments.
- Ensuring that logistic requirement and customer master data is updated internally and reflected in all systems according to the information received by the customer and the required approvals are in line with Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
- Processing and ensuring that all shipments with issues are returned or claimed through the internal tool with all relevant information and that the shipments are picked up in a timely manner and sent back to the factory and the relevant documentation issued.
- Sending of reports on a daily and weekly basis to the relevant colleagues and customers.
- Updating and ensuring that the Forecast related to accessories are correctly upload into the systems to avoid delays in the availability.
- Reconciling the monthly tracking of Aramex shipments to ensure that the monthly statement received are correct.
- Running and retrieving reports and ensuring the necessary approvals are given as required in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
- Ensuring that all required Legal documents are signed and saved according to customers with easy access to all documentation.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years in a Customer Fulfilment Role
- Ideally from a Technology background
- Based in Dubai
