Position Title: Customer Happiness Operator
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 5.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

About the Client:
A well established business formation group, based in Sharjah, with proven track records on successful, streamlined process of businesses structure that suits different client needs within UAE.

Job Description:
• Handle phone calls, whatsApp, email queries and filter them according to their importance
• Attend to customer needs in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner
• Providing support to the Account Manager in facilitating all relevant procedures internally
• Coordinate all the due/delay/on-hold applications for all Jurisdictions and inform the account manager/s accordingly
• Call out clients to follow up pending requirements or additional documents needed to finalize business transaction

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationality
• 35 years and below
• At least 3 years of experience as a Telephone Operator or Customer Service
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
