Job description / Role
• Supporting the client relationship
• Follow up with the customer, provide updates
• Work with internal support team, explaining business impact of customer reported issues
• Contact service providers, improving external services based on clients comments
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Fluent English - Required
• 1 year Experience - Preferred
• 3 months Probation Period
• Experience in customer service - Preferred
• Excellent communication skills
