Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client, a well-established credit insurance firm with a strong presence in the region, Swisslinx Middle East are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager.

The CRM will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships in the region, implementing customer relationship strategies and maximizing retention rate of the client’s portfolio.

Requirements

• 5 years of relationship/account management experience
• Experience with insurance products and policies
• A solid understanding of the current market situation in the GCC region
• Business development and portfolio growth experience
• Arabic very much preferred, other language skills is a plus
