Employment: Full Time

Engage Selection are currently working with a leading organisation based in Ras Al-Khaimah that are looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Manager.

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) department is responsible for the after-sale relationship throughout the life cycle of the client. CRM would also be responsible for customer experience in the organisations entities and would cross promote various business with effective usage of data.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have the following experience and qualifications;

- Educated to Bachelor degree level.
- Knowledge of SAP (CRM Module).
- Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
- Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry.
- Experience of setting up new systems for a Real Estate Developer.
